Breach of the Policy

Any breach of this Policy may result in Lygature (or anyone acting on their behalf) taking one or more of the following actions:

•    Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Website;
•    Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of your Contribution from our Website;
•    Legal proceedings against you for all reimbursements of costs on an indemnity basis for any loss or damages incurred by Lygature or any third party as a result of your breach;
•    Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
