BBMRI.nl is the national hub connecting the Netherlands to BBMRI-ERIC (Biobanking and Biomolecular Resources Research Infrastructure – European Research Infrastructure Consortium). Hosted by Health-RI, BBMRI.nl brings together organisations and experts across the country to improve access to high-quality biomaterials, imaging data, and associated information for biomedical research and innovation.
Our Mission
BBMRI.nl supports researchers, healthcare institutions, and policymakers by strengthening the Dutch biobank infrastructure and connecting it to European initiatives. Our mission is to enable findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable (FAIR) data and samples, in line with international standards and ethical frameworks.
