The central question was: what training do researchers need when it comes to digital transformation in general, and AI in particular? This topic is also highly relevant to Health-RI, as we work towards an infrastructure that makes health data securely and FAIRly available for research, policy and innovation. To make the most of this infrastructure, investing in users’ knowledge and skills is essential. By connecting national expertise with the European EATRIS network, we can work together to increase the reach and impact of valuable training opportunities.
Highlights of the meeting:
- Learning through play with educational games, with EATRIS introducing participants to an existing example, Escape to the Cloud
- Sharing training practices, with Health-RI presenting RDNL and the FAIR LSH Fellowship
- Exploring what competence centres for data skills the EATRIS community needs
We would like to thank EATRIS and all participants and look forward to continuing this collaboration.
