NWO launches TDCC project call
On 15 November 2023, NWO has launched the first TDCC project call. The call is meant to fund projects that contribute to the digitalisation ambitions of the ‘Thematic Digital Competence Centers’ and the communities they serve. The call is non-competitive and community driven.
The goal of the Thematic Digital Competence Center for Life Sciences and Health (TDCC-LSH) is to strenghten digital competencies and harmonise digital practices across organisations and initiatives within the Life Sciences & Health domain. The three main ambitions are:
- Harmonisation of good data stewardship and data access practices;
- Enhancement of the interoperability of digital solutions and resources; and
- Strengthening the capacity and expertise base in digital research.
The TDCC-LSH has developed a joint non-competitive application and assessment process for the NWO call. It focuses on connecting initiatives to strengthen project applications and prevent fragmentation of project funding. Detailed information about the funding, the application process, information sessions and deadlines is available on the TDCC Life Sciences & Health website.
