Email service desk is open on weekdays from 9:00 -17:30.

Self service desk
New users have to request a Health-RI Service Desk account:

  1. Send an email to
  2. Accept the terms of use agreement by replying to the mail
  3. Follow the instructions to login at self service desk (TOPdesk)
  4. Get access to answers on faq's for Health-RI tools and services.
  5. Create a call or request which will be handled as soon as possible.

All calls and requests will automatically be forwarded to the operators of the Service Desk. If the issue requires extra attention, specialised operators will be called in to solve your call.

Use your ticket number (TraITYYMM XXX) to follow the status of your request.
